Description of Services
The role involves supervising infrastructure, security, and operations to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives, identify alternative solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve or automate computer systems.
- Supervise multiple teams and service providers to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
- Provide technical expertise on infrastructure expansion, modernization, and audits.
- Oversee infrastructure changes, security measures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Act as part of the management team to develop strategic roadmaps for technology infrastructure.
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years: Managing data center services providers in 24/7 environments.
- 8+ years: Setting and achieving goals for infrastructure, security, and operations.
- 8+ years: Leading server support and application teams.
- 8+ years: High-level expertise in data center operations.
- 8+ years: Overseeing audits, legislative reviews, and major projects.
- 8+ years: Maintaining detailed knowledge of cloud and related technologies.
- 8+ years: Providing 24/7 on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years: Experience with DevOps and associated tools.
- 4+ years: Technical training delivery in cloud-based technologies.
- 4+ years: ITIL experience with Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- 3+ years: Managing Archer GRC.
